The Oak Ridges trail is listed above but I do realize that I did not include the Thames Valley Trail, the Elgin or for that matter the Maitland and probably countless others. There are so many dedicated volunteers out there helping providing us with great outdoor activities in Ontario and so little time. Enjoy!!outdoor dadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15027168353495285022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2542082338220801609.post-81834762562899228032009-12-04T05:29:30.633-08:002009-12-04T05:29:30.633-08:00Hi Jim:

On this post, you forgot a few good long trails in southern Ontario though: the Elgin Trail, the Oak Ridges Trail and the Thames Valley Trail. I just spent some time on the Thames Valley Trail, and it was quite enjoyable.

See you on the trail, I hope.

Tracey ArialTracey Arialhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13119675248901631375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2542082338220801609.post-56063036387343831012009-12-04T05:26:14.803-08:002009-12-04T05:26:14.803-08:00I just came across your blog and have to leave a c...I just came across your blog and have to leave a comment as a kindred spirit. I love hiking trails as well, and we try to feature interesting sections of the Bruce Trail in Escarpment Views magazine, which is meant to reflect the lifestyles and values of people living all along the Niagara Escarpment. So we also cover cultural events and local food producers. Come over to our blog & check around our site: www.EscarpmentViews.ca !Gloria Hildebrandthttp://www.escarpmentviews.canoreply@blogger.com
